Returns
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This is to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Damaged or Non-Consumable Products
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or in a non-consumable condition, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
All food products are non-returnable once delivered, unless they meet the damaged or defective conditions mentioned above. Bellibi reserves the right to verify all claims before approving refunds.
