An MBA graduate with professional experience in banking in Bangalore, Jishnu developed a sharp eye for evolving consumer trends — and saw clearly the growing demand for clean-label, natural ingredient-based health foods in India.
The true guiding force behind Bellibi, however, is his mother — a woman with over 20 years of experience in a government Kudumbashree Nutrimix production unit, producing nutritionally balanced baby food under government schemes. Despite their technical expertise, units like hers struggle to achieve sustainable profitability due to limited market access.
Bellibi is Jishnu’s answer to that gap — transforming this deep production knowledge into a scalable, health-focused brand, while creating better income opportunities for women-led manufacturing units across Kerala.
Raised in an Indian Army family and educated at Kendriya Vidyalayas across North India, Harish grew up experiencing India’s diverse food traditions and lifestyles firsthand — giving him a uniquely broad understanding of what Indian families truly need.
A BBA graduate from Kannur University with a background in small-scale stock market trading and investing, Harish brings sharp analytical thinking and disciplined risk management to Bellibi’s operations.
At Bellibi, he leads operations, system building, and product integrity — ensuring every product remains rooted in traditional nutrition and aligned with modern health needs.
